How to Use The Site

Attendees

Anyone can create an account on the EcoFair360 site. Your account will give you access to your own private area on the site, where you can create a Personal Profile, as well as create personal itineraries of EcoFair360 exhibitors and workshops. Site members can also comment on the site. Just click CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT in the right sidebar, enter a username and an e-mail address, and you'll be sent a link you can use to access your account. When you log in, you can access your account at any time using the MY ACCOUNT link in the left sidebar.

In your account area, there are separate tabs for your PROFILE, your MY BOOTHS list, and your MY EVENTS list. MY BOOTHS and MY EVENTS allow you to create personal itineraries of the EcoFair360 exhibitors and events who are most interesting to you.

To add an exhibitor to your MY BOOTHS list, locate them on the interactive map of the fairgrounds. Mouse over the booth number, either on the booth or the popup window that opens up, and click. This will take you to the page for that booth. There is a link at the bottom of the page which says ADD THIS BOOTH TO YOUR BOOTH LIST. Click that, and the booth is added. You remove booths from the list the same way: find them on the fair map, click the booth number to go to the booth page, and click the link which now says REMOVE THIS BOOTH FROM YOUR BOOTH LIST.

To add an event to your MY EVENTS list, go to the page for that event. There will be a list of times and locations in the left sidebar. Click the time when you want to attend; this will take you to the page for that specific event. There is an ADD THIS EVENT link at the bottom of the page. Unsubscribe the same way.

As a registered member of the EcoFair360 site, you'll also be able to comment on pages where comments are available. Please read the privacy policy for the site before commenting.
